Relief Care
Relief care is the first phase of treatment for most patients.  Just as its name indicates, the primary goals of relief care are to relieve your discomfort and get you moving better.  During relief care you will learn simple techniques to reduce the effects of workplace and other stresses on your spine, joints, and muscles.  The duration and number of visits required during relief care vary from case to case, but typically ranges from one or two visits over the course of a week up to 12 visits over the course of a month.  Patients with new and uncomplicated conditions may only require this phase of treatment; however most others will require the next, corrective phase of treatment to achieve long-term benefits.
